Is there a free trial?

You bet! A credit card is required to sign up to help prevent abuse of the system, but every signup comes with a fully functional 14-Day free trial.

Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade?

Absolutely! Bluetick is a monthly service and you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time. You can opt for an Annual Plan that provides an additional discount. Contact support with any questions.

Can I use it for my clients?

The Solo & Team accounts are meant for use within your organization or for a single client. The Agency plan gives you the ability to create and manage multiple Accounts within the same Subscription. Data within each Account is kept separate from all other Accounts within your Subscription.

What's the setup process like?

Getting started with Bluetick is relatively painless. Connect your mailbox via Imap, add/import your contacts, create your email sequence and add contacts to the sequence.

Replies from your email sequence to your contacts will arrive directly in your mailbox.

What is a Mailbox?

A Mailbox is the Imap-based mail server where you receive your email. After you connect your mailbox to Bluetick, we monitor it for replies to emails sent from a Bluetick email sequence. When a reply is detected, the contact is removed from the email sequence.

When emails are sent, who do they come from?

They come directly from you! Since we're using your Imap and Smtp server to receive and send emails, this creates the illusion that you're personally crafting each email.

Who supplies the Mailbox?

We use your mail server to send and receive emails on your behalf. This allows emails to be sent directly from your account and appear as if they're coming directly from you, because they are.

Bluetick simply hooks into your mailbox using Imap to monitor for replies to those emails so it knows when to back off and let you take over the conversation with your prospective customer.

What mail servers do you support?

All of them! We connect to your mailbox using Imap so there's no reliance on a proprietary technology that isn't widely available. You can use Gmail, G-Suite, Exchange Server, Office 365, Rackspace or any other third-party hosted mail server solution. We even have customers administering their own mail servers. It just works.

How do I know Bluetick isn't going to miss an email that I already replied to?

The biggest complaint we heard about our competitors is that sometimes they missed an email in the mailbox. When that happens and an errant email is sent, the illusion that an email was personally sent is destroyed.

To prevent that from happening, we keep a synchronized copy of your entire mailbox. It doesn't matter where an email is stored in your mailbox. If it exists, we're going to find it. When a new message is detected, we use multiple methods for determining whether it's a reply and respond accordingly.

As of September 2017, we actively synchronize nearly 7 million email messages approximately every 10 minutes.
